Emotional, simply emotional. The theme of honesty is present in this song. Judy (@judyblankmusic ) of Netherlands & Dylan ( @dylanearl.music ) of Arkansas have created something beautiful as well as showing us what’s inside of all of us, a fear of loss.

I remember seeing the music video for this song during the pandemic. The story of two lovers that could never be together electrified the screen. Assumptions filled my head that this was mostly a true story. I kept wondering if I could ever get these two together again would they do a live video?

Dylan explained that this was inspired by a conversation he had with Tanya Tucker about Glen Campbell. Two country mega icons who were together for sometime. According to Tanya after Campbell’s death, he was the one who got away. “Time just exposed the fact that he was my true love,” said Tucker.

I hope this song can take us all into 2024 with no fear of regrets. Take a chance y’all.
