Property developer and 'Anglo Avenger' Joe McNamara's latest stunt is Achill-Henge on his own doorstep on Achill Island, Co. Mayo.
The 'monument' is 15 feet high, 30 metres in diameter with a circumference of close to 100 metres. 30+ trucks came to Pollagh, Achill on Friday from Galway carrying pre-cast concrete, and work was done over the weekend.

McNamara is in jail until Tuesday (2011-12-06) for contempt of a court order to stop working on his latest project according to this article from the Irish Times
