(HD) London Underground 1960 Stock Track Recording Train on the District line Summer 2021

Описание: In this video we see a selection of shots of the London Underground 1960 Stock Track Recording Train out and about on the west end of the District Line on the 26th July and the 2nd August 2021. The core, Edgware Road branch and east end of the line are now done out of traffic hours due to the implementation of new CBTC in-cab signalling which the Track Recording Train is, at time of recording, not fitted with. This is likely the last time the Track Recording Train will cover the Wimbledon, Richmond and Olympia branches of the District Line during traffic hours for a while owing to the roll out of CBTC expanding across Earl's Court in September 2021.

On the 26th July, the train covered the Wimbledon branch twice, however; owing to Connect/Train Radio issues in the Wimbledon Park area, the trip was cut short and it was sent back to Ruislip Depot early, skipping Ealing Broadway. We see the train at Earl's Court, Wimbledon Park, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge. On the 2nd August, the train covered Olympia, Richmond and all 3 platforms at Ealing Broadway. WE see the train at Acton Town, West Cromwell Road, Richmond, Kew Gardens, Chiswick Park, Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway.
