4 cup moong daal (chilka/skin)
8-9 green chilli (spicy)
1.5 inch ginger/ ginger garlic past 1tsp
1 cup coriender leaves
1/2 tsp baking soda
salt to tast
daal wash and shock for at least 6 hours
remove all 90% chilka /skin
grind a costly don't add water
ginger and chilli mix and make a past
cut the coriander leaves and also mix in daal batter with baking soda and salt
beat the better at least 5 minute in same direction
and rest for 30 minutes
fry in hot oil until golden brown
and serve with onion and fried green chilli
