I’m from The Netherlands, which is Western Europe and I have spent years traveling around Eastern Europe.
What I found was a world that I only vaguely knew from my youth (I’m 26). Clean and safe streets, classic architecture, and no people trying to scam you or sell you drugs.
Of course it’s not horrible in Western Europe, it’s still one of the best places to live if you compare it to the entire planet.
But if I had to choose where to live, I’d choose Eastern Europe every time.
