Описание: now when they have passed away如今临终者已经去世了there are 49 days in which a person has to take rebirth 去世后 逝者会在49天内转世投胎they will take 7 consecutive deaths means in the Bardo亡灵在中阴阶段时会再经历连续七次的死亡they will be in a formless body亡灵将处于无形的中阴身the body will be without form身体没有形状but it's mind only只有意识而已Buddha described 3 states of existence佛陀描述了三种存在的形式suk suk mey du jay they'll abide in the formless realm suk suk mey du jay（藏语）亡灵将停留在无色界until they take rebirth直到他们转世投胎now during that time when they're in the Bardo State当亡灵处于中阴状态时it's different for everybody all right?每个人的情况都不一样的 好吗？this is just a general rule不过大致上是这样not the rule for everyone并非适用于全部人when they enter the Bardo State当逝者进入中阴状态时they will go to places where they are familiar with他们会去他们熟悉的地方they will go to their families and friends他们将会去见他们的家人朋友们they'll go to all the places that they love in life immediately他们会立即去他们一生中喜欢的所有地方for those of us who have the second sight or sensitive对于那些有阴阳眼或敏感体质的人来说you'll feel their presence in the room or near you你会感觉到他们在房间里或附近sometimes a wind or a gust有时是一阵风now what the family can do now is this家庭成员可以做的就是please remember this请记住这一点put all your feelings aside for the moment暂时放下你的情绪whatever is done and not done is over过去的一切都结束了for 49 days if you have advanced practice如果你有高阶修持 在49 天you do advanced practice and dedicate it to them你进行高阶修持并回向给他们if you don't this is what you can do如果没有高阶修持 你可以这样做the family members may set up a shrine家庭成员可以设立佛坛of anything they believe in他们所信仰的任何东西because Buddhism embraces all faiths佛教包容所有信仰in our case we put a statue or picture of Lama Tsongkhapa 在我们的案例中 我们设置宗喀巴大师的雕像或照Shakyamuni Avalokiteshvara Tara释迦牟尼佛 观音菩萨 度母and every single day以及每一天we gather as a family and we sit together 我们像一家人一样聚在一起we offer one light and we sit together我们坐在一起供灯and we make peace with ourselves我们要心平气和and we make peace with the person that has passed away我们要与逝者和解and we let them go我们让他们离开because if you have a lot of feelings that are kept up 因为如果你有很多情绪被压抑you may keep them here if you keep them here too long你会令到他们留在这里  你如果把他们留在这里太久they may remain as a spirit逝者可能会变成鬼魂there're hundreds of haunted cases around the world世界各地有上百起闹鬼事件we Malaysians here have many stories about that我们马来西亚人有很多关于这样的故事not everybody could be hallucinating不可能是每个人都出现幻觉了what happens is every single day接下来我们每一天let go of what has happened都要放下往事let go and carry on your life from now放下 从现在开始继续你的生活you recite Om Mani Padme Hum 1000 times 你可以念诵一千遍“唵嘛呢叭咪吽”every single night for 49 days连续四十九晚and you dedicated it for them你回向给他们you can visualize the person that has passed away你可以想象逝者and you can visualize from the Buddha你可以观想佛陀from Shakyamuni or Tsongkhapa or whatever Buddha you're focusing on释迦牟尼佛 宗喀巴大师或任何你关注的佛lights going to this person光明照向逝者and telling them to enter the light to go并告诉他们进入光明里we're not asking you to go because we want you to go我们不是因为要你走才要求你走we're not asking you to go because we want you to go我们不是因为想让你走才要求你走we're asking you to go because we love you我们请你离开是因为我们爱你we're asking you to go because you have to continue your journey 我们要求你离开 因为你必须继续你的旅程because you have to continue your next rebirth因为你必须继续你的转世and we are here to support you because we love you我们在这里支持你 因为我们爱你our conditioning is not set on you我们不是针对你now for 49 days we should make peace我们应该在四十九天内with the person that has passed away与逝者和解let me tell you why again让我再告诉你为什么let them go让他们离开if you're highly attached to them 如果你非常依恋他们out of love you had a good life with them出于爱 你和他们一起过着幸福的生活and you keep thinking about them你一直在想着他们you keep them here你会令他们留在这里if you've had a bad relationship with them如果你和他们的关系不好and you feel guilty你会感到内疚or they feel guilty and it's unresolved或者他们感到内疚 有些往事尚未解决they will be here because they can't leave他们就会留在这里 他们无法离开so you need to be the one with strength and let it go因此你需要坚强 要放下let me tell you why whatever we had difficulties about 让我告诉你 为什么无论我们with the people who've passed away与逝者有什么过节it has no meaning now现在已经没有任何意义了if we had arguments about a girl如果我们因为女人而争吵过a family money家庭 金钱纠纷business house生意 房产the sky a cow a horse天空 牛马if we had arguments with them about these things如果我们曾经因为这些事情与他们有过节you know what你知道吗they're dead他们已经去世了I say this with respect they 're dead我以尊重的语气 他们已经去世了and it doesn't matter anymore这一切已经不再重要了they have to let go so you know what他们必须放下 你知道吗you let go you know why you should let go?你要放下 你知道为什么要放下吗？because deep down inside在内心深处no matter what differences we have with people we love无论我们与所爱之人有何过节out of love we let go出于爱 我们放下in the Buddhist practice在佛教修行中it's better to do this while they're alive最好在他们在世的时候做这件事not when they're dead而不是在他们去世之后you can spend 20 million dollars on the best funeral in the world你可以花两千万举办世界上最好的葬礼but whatever you've done to them但无论你对他们做了什么that you've harmed them during their life你在他们的一生中伤害过他们is not gonna make up for in funeral葬礼是无法弥补这一切的but the best way to make our for 最好的办法是is to transform your minds转变自己的思维as a dedication to the person that we love以此回向给我们所爱之人
