Garden of Dreams (Swopna Bagaicha) planned and executed by Kaisher Shamsher Rana, is located in the heart of Kathmandu, i.e. Thamel. This place serves as a public space shared by every age group people. It is located beside Kaisher Mahal, western side of Narayanhiti Palace Museum and northern side of SAARC office. People come here to spend leisure time and for photography/ videography.
