Today we return to the world of Roblox as I had multiple viewers give me a tip to archive a game called It Lurks. And so I took the plunge and stepped into this short horror adventure. It Lurks feels very oldschool with its visuals, but also gameplay.
One night something mysterious happens a strange entity visits our house. We start having nightmares and eventually find a big secret that lurks in the basement. Each chapter offers different gameplay styles with some being inspired by mainstream horror titles like Slendeman. The game was pretty cool, but definitely shows its age. I believe there is a sequel to this game called They Lurks and I hope that visually and gameplay wise its a bit more modern. There is a lot of buildup and tension in It Lurks and I thought it was a very charming horror snack.
