We are back home to Arizona, and we couldn’t have picked a better trail to welcome us back than the Lost Creek Trail in Buckeye, AZ.

This 3.6-mile hike winds through classic Sonoran Desert scenery—towering saguaro cacti, palo verde trees, and rugged rock formations that define Arizona’s West Valley. As the trail gently ascends the desert slopes, it opens up to expansive valley views with the distant skyline stretching across the horizon.

With its well-maintained natural terrain, peaceful atmosphere, and wide-open desert vistas, Lost Creek offers the perfect escape into the sun-drenched beauty and rocky ridges of Arizona. A calm, grounding hike—and a great way to settle back into AZ life.
