Sestavine:
2 konzerve fižole (480 g)
1 nastrgan korenček
1 petršilj
1 sveža rdeča paprika
4-5 stroke česna
1 srednja velika čebula
2 žlice olja
2 velike žlice paradižnikove omake
Začimbe:
sol,poper, vegeta, mleta kumina,
Za prežganje:
1-2 žlice moke
2 žlice olja
1 žlička rdeče paprike
Za zakuho:
1 jajce
1-2 žlice moke
Najprej na olju prepražimo čebulo in vso ostalo zelenjavo nekaj časa pražimo medtem časom prekuhamo fižol in ko je kuhana jo z paličnim mešalnikom zmučkamo in damo v praženo zelenjavo, začinimo vse skupaj zalijemo z vodo 1000ml-1500ml in pustimo na srednji temperaturi, da se pokuha.
Nato naredimo prežganje in nazadnje še zakuhamo vlivance kot je prikazano na videu. Postrežemo jo lahko z kislimi kumaricami in malo kruha. Lep pozdrav in se vidimo v naslednjem receptu.:-)

2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon red pepper
For cooking:
1 egg
1-2 tablespoons flour
First, fry the onion in oil and fry all the other vegetables for a while, boil the beans for a while and when it is cooked, mash it with a stick mixer and put it in the roasted vegetables, season, pour water 1000ml-1500ml and let it cook at medium temperature.
