The watch has a 3130 calibre movement manufactured by Rolex which has been tested and certified as a superlative chronometer (COSC)

The bracelet likewise is made in 904L grade stainless steel and features a folding Oysterlock clasp and the Rolex Glidelock extension system. This makes it very easy to adjust without the need for any tools.

Night time reading is now much easier than previous models as it has a highly legible maxidot dial with a Chromalight display. This has a blue luminescence.
