I will do my best to upload each Monday with a new monologue. starting off with this dramatic monologue from the play 'Orphans' by British playwright Dennis Kelly. Brilliant playwright if you are looking for some good contemporary plays. His plays are quite intense and gritty but the way he writes is so gripping.
This monologue comes towards the end of the play where Helen, disturbed by the truth of her brother's actions, finally reveals to him that she almost got adopted on her own by a different family.
