Jamaican Easter Bun! | how to make Caribbean spiced bun 😋

This classic Jamaican treat is usually eaten around Easter with cheese, or better known as 'bun and cheese'. It's one of my favourites. Spicy cake with sweet candied fruits or raisins with the slight robust flavour of stout coming through! Try it this Easter! If you like this video, please like, share and subscribe. Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
1 tsp bitters
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup Guinness Stout
2 eggs
1 cup dried fruit
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp each spice combo allspice, nutmeg, ginger
1 cup dried cherries (optional to top the bun)
