New information on stem cell therapy from Jose Delgado, the vice president of the Nixarian Foundation, a non-profit organisation from Spain, which work is dedicated to investigating LS and treating women with the latest techniques. Jose wrote to me: "Fat transfer, in the hands of a well trained plastic surgeon, is a secure and common procedure not only practiced for LS but for many other reconstructive surgeries. It’s very common to have it done twice or more times in cases like breast reconstruction, after cancer for instance, since the amount of fat that can be transferred at once is limited and not always enough to generate the desired volume. In the case of LS (where surgeons don’t inject microfat but nanofat) it could also be done more than once because after all it’s an autologous tissue and the body will accept it." I also read about some women's second and third experience of stem cell transfer after year of remission with Dr. Frencesco Casabona.
Please always do a research before choosing any procedures.

Lichen sclerosus is also "treated" by the beauty CO2 lasers, which are more commonly used for vaginal rejuvenation in the cosmetology industry. This method was approved in some countries for LS, but, for example, FDA in the US is still pretty much doubtful of its curing effect (if there is one) and asks women to be very careful while choosing to use it for a treatment of a serious disease. That's why I didn't include it in the video: I am the unfortunate patient who actually got the worsening of atrophic (NOT hyperkeratosis) lichen sclerosus symptoms after getting the CO2 laser therapy.
