I completed my elephant documentary after 7 intense but special years, so now I need something else to film and contribute towards. So I looked around in my own community (I drove over 22 000km for the elephant documentary and something closer would be wise:) and landed on HAWS - an animal shelter for unwanted cats and dogs. And in the first episode I filmed, I fell in love with Rex. You will see why! A big dog that arrived as just skin and bones.
