In this video you will learn the benefits of my growth tonic and hair growth mask. I've also incorporated the use of a hair growth shampoo and conditioner that helps with thinning hair.

Recipe (Varies by hair length and thickness)
Horsetail Tonic:
3-4 Tablespoons of dry horsetail herb (add more or less depending on length)
2-3 Cups of hot water (add more or less depending on length)
For added scalp stimulation, add a few drops of your favorite essential oils (I use thyme, rosemary and tea tree. Peppermint is also great for a refreshing tingle)

Directions:
In a bowl, mix horsetail herb and hot water together. Allow mixture to sit until color deepens and liquid slightly cools roughly about 20 minutes. Transfer tonic into a spray bottle or applicator bottle. Add a few drops of essential oil and shake. Immediately spray onto scalp, massaging to encourage blood circulation. Continue to work tonic down the length of your hair. Cover hair with a plastic cap and bonnet and allow tonic to sit on hair for 20 minutes. Tonic can be applied to dirty or clean hair. Continue with your regular wash routine or proceed on to my Growth Treatment Mask. Use tonic as often as desired. I recommend every time you wash your hair.

Moringa Hair Growth Mask:
1/4-1/2 Cup of moringa powder
*Half of a large avocado mashed
Hot water (add enough water until you reach your desired consistency for application)
*2 Tablespoons extra v olive oil

Directions:
In a bowl, mix moringa powder, avocado and hot water. Add enough water until the consistency of your mask is applicable. Mix until smooth and lump free. Add olive oil and stir. As the mask sits and cools down, it will become thicker. Use immediately and discard any unused mask. Apply throughout hair, in workable sections. Allow mask to sit on for 15 minutes to an hour, covering with a plastic cap and bonnet. Throughly rinse out then follow with your regular wash routine. Product will be gritty so it is important to shampoo until all of the mask is removed.
*Avocado and olive oil was not used within the video, however I recommend them for nourishment and deeper conditioning. Use mask as often as desired. I recommend once a month.

I have waist length type 4 natural hair.
