** Summary **
How to release trapped air causing blocked coolant discharge
1. TURN OFF the coolant switch
2. Move towards the coolant pump
3. Have a second person TURN ON the coolant switch
Work in pairs
4. Unscrew the air release bolt to release air
Slowly and gradually release the bolt until air begins to be released.
5. Tighten the air release bolt. Then verify coolant discharge.
** Notice **
The coolant may gush out all at once, so work in pairs.
1. After TURNING OFF the coolant pump, one person will move in front of the pump.
2. BEFORE unscrewing the air release bolt, the second person will TURN ON the coolant switch.
3. Then the first person in front of the pump will slowly and gradually unscrew the air release bolt.
Unscrewing the bolt too much may cause the coolant to gush out
