If you’re heading to Dahilayan Bukidnon or if you find yourself in Manolo Fortich, there's one place in Barangay San Miguel that many travellers like and that’s Pinutos.
Home-cooked goodness and fast service. Parking is free and generous. A lot of travellers and locals eat here. Their roast beef with gravy is one of their bestsellers for a reason. Tender, flavorful meat smothered in rich, savory gravy. One taste and you'll understand why everyone orders it. There’s also a roast pork option. By the way, don’t be surprised if their roast beef tastes very similar to the one served at the nearby Del Monte Clubhouse. It’s long been believed that the cook from one establishment transferred to the other! That’s local chikka for you!
Anyway, another personal favorite is their sotanghon soup. Light yet comforting, with the glass noodles swimming in a flavorful broth. Generous, shareable serving. Simple yet warms you during that long travel or cold, rainy Bukidnon days.
