The hinges contain a grease nipple and internal channels in the hinge pin to get the grease at the right spots. The complete hinge inside, every corner and hole is thoroughly greased in this way. This ensures a longer life span of the hinge. A grease syringe can be easily clicked onto the nipple to grease the hinge. In this way you prevent ‘dirty’ stripes over your door after maintenance, since the grease is not applied from the outside of the hinge. The grease nipple is perpendicular tot he hinge, so you can always access it with the grease syringe, regardless of any extra accessories like rocksliders or silk protectors. The grease nipple has a conical wire, so it’s mounted solid tot he aluminum part of the hinge.

FerroForcia hinges are suitable for Land Rover Defenders up to and including 2016 production, for Defender 90, 110, 127 and 130.
