Time management for mortals with Oliver Burkeman

Описание: We’ve been a fan of Oliver Burkeman’s work for many years, and so it was a privilege to spend an hour in his company recently.

The author of "The Antidote: Happiness for People Who Can’t Stand Positive Thinking" and "HELP!: How to Become Slightly Happier and Get a Bit More Done", he was a Guardian newspaper columnist for many years exploring how to become happier and more productive.

His most recent book, "Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals" has gripped the world's attention - ours included.

It was also great to be back in the saddle on the Friday Fireside after an extended hiatus, and feel the warmth from those that joined us live (one of the reasons we love Crowdcast) with comments like these:
