The event opened with inspiring words from Pastor Wukambe, who spoke on spirituality, purpose, and the importance of balancing football with education and personal development.
The Academy Director, Honorable Barrister Ngandje Shedil, followed with strong guidance on discipline, vocational training, saying no to drugs, and making the right choices in a world full of peer pressure.
Further encouragement came from the Tactical Director for the South-West Region, Mr. Ndip Bernard, who motivated the players to stay focused, patient, and committed to their football journey.
The players also benefited from an important health and sanitation talk delivered by Ms. Joso, emphasizing the role of good health in athletic performance.
The celebration continued with shared food and drinks — rice and chicken, kwakoko with kanda sauce, and refreshments — highlighting the values of unity, togetherness, and family within Future Stars Football Academy.
