This small project boat is 3 meters long, 145cm wide, and powered by a 9.9HP Mariner outboard. In Episode 1 of this dinghy restoration series, we tackle the hardest part of any boat rebuild… preparation.
Over 4 full days we stripped the skiff down, removed old accessories, and sanded the hull, transom, and deck back to raw fiberglass using an orbital sander. No shortcuts. Just real boat restoration work.
