More early stuff I coded on the Gigatron TTL, (almost 2 years ago).
An evolution of the Sprite experiments I coded in Native Assembly code.
Coded in vCPU assembly with the vCPU Assembler I produced in the first few weeks of owning the Gigatron TTL.
These examples use Sys functions that must exist in ROM, (Native code can only run from ROM), so they only work in an emulator.
You can burn Sys functions into unused areas of ROM and use them in your own applications.
Marcel has coded an excellent general purpose Sprite routine that is available from ROMv3 onward, (gtBASIC makes extensive use of it).
The first two examples save and restore the background automatically and are thus limited in how big and numerous the Sprites can be.
The last two examples don't save or restore the background, but instead erase it using a background border colour.
