In this episode, our guide Dale from Marble Canyon Outfitters takes us on a boat ride up the Colorado River to Petroglyph Trail where we then canoe down river and around Horseshoe Bend ending back at Lee's Ferry Dock in Marble Canyon, Arizona. On this canoe trip, we look at 3,000-6,000 year old petroglyphs, canoe through Horseshoe Bend seeing all the visitors from above at the Lookout in Page, and stop at a trail off-river that was spectacular with canyon slots and giant red rocks and cliffs. This was one of the best adventures we have taken so far on our trip across the United States from Florida to the Western Mountain states.
