The Government of Barbados is currently negotiating the recapitalisation of the Barbados Defence Force fleet and acquiring air assets.
This announcement is from the Chief of Staff of the Barbados Defence Force Brigadier Carlos Lovell.
He was speaking at the parade of soldier recruits Passing Out at the Paragon Base.
