I am an Executive Chef with over 40 years of experience under my belt in the Indian restaurant sector. I have owned and run an Award Winning Restaurant in Brighton and Hove in the UK.
My career started at the tender age of 16 years when I became the youngest restaurant owner in Brighton.
Over the years I have passed on my knowledge to young chefs whom themselves have become Head Chefs and opened restaurants of their own.
Now retired and for the last 5 years spending a lot of time in the Canary Islands, Spain, and with time on my hands, I have decided to pass on my expertise and make videos to show everyone how easy it is for you to cook Indian cuisine !
