Le BEI enquête sur une intervention du SPVM à Montréal 06-11-19

Описание: Selon ce que rapporte le BEI, vers 18h50 les policiers ont voulu arrêter un suspect à l’intersection Sherbrooke / Messier. Le suspect se serait sauvé pour se réfugier au 2e étage d’un immeuble. Les policiers ont tenté de discuter avec le suspect, mais celui s’est lancé en bas de l’immeuble. L’homme se serait relevé pour s’enfuir à nouveau. Les policiers ont retrouvé l’individu pour procéder à son arrestation, le suspect est alors tombé inconscient et il a été transporté en ambulance dans un état critique.
Le communiqué du BEI a été publié à 23h soit plus de 5h après les évènements.
Sur place le SPVM et le bureau des enquêtes indépendantes étaient sur place pour faire la lumière sur les évènements.

According to the BEI reports, around 18:50 the police wanted to arrest a suspect at the intersection Sherbrooke / Messier. The suspect would have saved himself to take refuge on the 2nd floor of a building. The police tried to talk to the suspect, but he started down the building. The man would have got up and run away again. The police found the individual to arrest him, the suspect then fell unconscious and was transported by ambulance in critical condition.
The BEI press release was issued at 11 pm, more than 5 hours after the events.
On site, the SPVM and the independent investigation office were on hand to shed light on the events.
