Ingredients:
130 g boiled green peas
1 packet mushroom
100 gm paneer
10 gm walnut
4 tomato purée
15 ml olive oil
Two green chillies chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon jeera powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt
1 teaspoon jeera
A pinch of hing
Coriander leaves
Method:
Take a mixer jar, blend four tomatoes and mix it into a fine purée.
Again in the same mixer jar, add paneer and walnut along with some water.
Mix it into a fine paste, and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and cook the mushrooms. Add boiled peas and add little salt and pepper. Keep it aside.
In the same pan, add oil, jeera and hing. Mix it for 10 seconds in medium flame. Now add tomato purée
Cook it well until it leaves oil. Now add all the masala and salt. Mix it for seven to eight minutes in medium heat.
It will come to a thick gravy and leave oil, add paneer paste. Mix it for two minutes in high flame.
Now add boiled green peas and cooked mushroom and coriander leaves. Mix it all in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Check the salt and switch off the flame.
