Lamahatta forest stretch
Tea garden roads near Lopchu
Narrow mountain roads
Calm hill surroundings with minimal traffic
This section of the route is perfect for riders who enjoy slow riding, silence, and nature, away from busy highways.

During the ride, HITKARI flags can be seen along the roadside, giving a glimpse into local events and regional activities happening in the hills. These small details reflect the culture and everyday life of the area, which often goes unnoticed in regular travel vlogs.
⚠️ UNEXPECTED MOMENT – BRAKE ISSUE
Midway through the ride, we faced an unexpected brake issue.
The brake response felt weak/lost for a short time, so we had to stop and wait patiently until everything came back to normal.
This moment shows:

Importance of staying calm and safe
Why patience matters more than speed in the mountains

👥 RIDING WITH
This journey continues with Sumiran Chettri, my classmate and currently an Assistant Teacher at Cidars High School.
We were heading to attend a HITKARI Adhiveshan Sammelan (not fully sure about the exact official name 😄), but the ride itself turned into an experience full of calm moments, conversations, and unexpected situations.
