This 30-minute full body dumbbell workout is designed to help you build strength, improve muscle definition, and boost overall endurance — all in one efficient session. You’ll move through a circuit-style format that include lower body, upper body, core, and power circuits, as well as arm finisher, making this a balanced and effective strength workout you can do at home or at the gym.

The workout begins with a dynamic warm-up to increase mobility, activate major muscle groups, and prepare your body for lifting.
