Описание: Residents of Mqanduli in the Eastern Cape have blocked the road from Viegdesville to Coffee Bay. Delivery vehicles with huge loads are stuck and cannot pass through. The residents are demanding the proper construction of a road which they describe as a disgrace. The road is filled with potholes and is narrow.
