This is my process for doing a distance Reiki healing. In general, I usually start with a prayer and then I visualize a sacred healing space and work on the client's energy from there. I take a lot of notes as I tend to "see" different things during a healing. And, at the end, I make sure to seal up the energy and disconnect from the client.
