Bikepacking Australia: Wollemi National Park

Описание: It was still frosty when I arrived at Lithgow, State Mine Heritage Park. An absolutely fascinating industrial site that can be explored by bicycle during the weekend.
Cruising Newnes State Forest is worth seeing as different species of pines and eucalyptus trees grow here. A mixed four-wheel-drive track going to Lost City is a bit challenging, but in a distance, I can almost visualize the pagoda-like structure of eroded sandstone rocks which makes me wonder more.

Via Glow Worm Tunnel Road, I passed the Pagoda track that provides adventurers a chance to see gorges and other rare species of plant in the area. Upon arriving at my free accommodation site, I decided to take a walk and look at historic ruins to find out how it is used in the past. In addition, the place offers you a spectacular background of sandstone cliffs, roaming wallabies, and firm grassy ground.

Situated between Garden of Stone and Wollemi National Park (Greater Blue Mountains Area) lies Blackfellow Hands trail. An extremely key area for teaching and meeting of wiradjuri people. To see the stencil art made by Indigenous Australian people was truly a great experience to remember.
