Buling is here! Wanted to showcase a double-epiphany Jinhsi Cantarella Buling rotation! This involves stacking all buffs to get two Jinhsi nukes in one Cantarella Outro window (0:37 - 0:56)
Whilst this can be fully loopable, I frontloaded the last Jinhsi nuke here, so I'd make adjustments to it if I wanted to repeat it infinitely.

Zhezhi can do functionally the same rotation as Cantarella here (I actually prefer Zhezhi better for energy reasons), but wanted to try Cantarella since she's on banner + the echo cast meta in 2-4 makes this team work pretty well there too! Yinlin/Mortefi also work well in the 2nd slot if not doing double Epiphany.

Buling can replace Verina/Shorekeeper in that slot by pretty much copying their intro/outro timings.

As usual, some yap about Buling:
amazing animations wow kuro really stepping up their 4* game aaa
ba2 into plunge is pretty fast to get thunder+mountain
she's literally the first new 4* to have actual decent hitboxes, youhu/lumi felt borderline unplayable on bosses that move a lot
buffing capabilities for skdmg characters pretty good (i still prefer shorekeeper though even in those cases, crit is too strong. s0 buling doesn't beat verina either)
a lot of value is in her s6 which feels really impossible to get right now
why is her ult field 24 seconds it's actually so jarring
pretty backloaded as she requires you to go through her whole kit to get her buffs (fishing for dodges to speed up concerto is almost worthless)
i do wanna try her in whiwa she's probably good there too

Overall Buling is great for characters like Jinhsi/Carlotta/other skill damage characters if you want to use Shorekeeper elsewhere. Very curious about future Electro Flare based use-cases too!
