Here's a hike I did through Woodlands Waterfront Park, Admiralty Park, Ulu Sembawang, and finally along Mandai Park Connector. Along the way I got to check out the RTS Link, which is a railway project between Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
This hike is great for beginners, and with the terrain being all pavements your shoes won't get muddy during this rainy season.
