When we become aware of our roles in any groups, we can do well or even find intentional ways to improve our overall well-being. Group problems are easily recognized and addressed even just from our individual levels.

Who are we in those groups? We send out signals, mostly unconsciously and our roles are automatically allocated.

We can either chose to stay in that role or improve ourselves to better roles. The main idea is to identify what position we hold. The alpha, beta, delta, gamma or omega roles. We might be a mixture of one or more or just the alpha-like type role who is the loner sigma, not wanting to lead any group. Yet the sigma has all it takes to be a better leader.
