IRM Grout Seals for Offshore Wind and Offshore Oil & Gas are the superior alternative to Inflatable Grout Packers.
These Grout Seals do not require any inflation system, thus reducing installation costs offering effective sealing. Its unique design offers an extremely reliable sealing mechanism between the Pile and
Jacket Leg.
Inflatable Grout Packers can sometimes fail due to human error, breakage of the inflation line during the launching or the puncture
of packer while driving the pile. However, IRM's Dual Lip Grout Seal Assembly is extremely reliable due to its unique cross-section shape,
which offers zero failure performance. These seals provide a unique solution for the grouting of the jacket legs.
IRM Grout Seals has proved its superiority by saving substantial costs of grouting. Grout Seal Assembly can also be supplied with a suitable mud wiper to prevent mud penetration from the bottom side of the jacket. Technical details of the mud wiper can be provided on request.
IRM Grout Seals are available in a wide range up to 200-inch OD Pile. Custom-made and higher-size Grout Seals can also be manufactured as per the client's requirements.
