Miles Bulloch takes you on a tour around our latest commercial to residential conversion. Planning was granted to turn this building into an 18 bed HMO (Sui Generis) from its former use as a church (D1).
Work Completed so far:
✅ Asbestos removal
✅ Full Strip Out including old stud walls
✅ Majority of windows replaced
✅ New partition walls and ceilings up and boarded on 2nd floor.
✅ Partition walls partially complete on 1st floor
✅ Ground floor walls removed ready for new partition walls.
✅ 1st fix electrics and plumbing on 2nd, 1st and Ground floor.
✅ New staircase between ground and basement
✅ Roof relaying in progress
✅ Ground Floor walls in place
✅ External masonry repair complete
✅ Development Lending caught up with our progress!
✅ Top Floor ceilings in place
✅ Top floor boiler now working and pipework currently being tested
✅ Various amendments to electric socket positions
✅ Shower trays beginning to be installed
✅ Date and cost due imminently for introduction of a 3 Phase electric supply
✅ Discussions with broadband supplier to supply quick enough internet for about 50 devices
