Running MEDIVIEW on a Mac + in Chrome! ... MEDIVIEW BEACON Prehospital HIE

The IE TAB plugin is a third-party, publicly available application that is not controlled, endorsed, or compensated by Beyond Lucid Technologies. The video will show the use of this browser plugin to operate MEDIVIEW as described. As shown, there is no cost to do so. Other sites have also offered IE TAB as a resource and noted it as being free. For example:

However, some reviews of the IE TAB browser, that on some occasions or after a certain amount of time, like many freely available web projects, IE TAB may ask users to license the plugin and pay for its use, anywhere from $10 per month to $60 per year. We are unaware that a specific license is required, because as shown in the video, no documentation is executed upon installation. Beyond Lucid Technologies is not compensated for the use of this plugin.

(We do, however, believe that even at a cost of $60 per year, IE TAB represents an affordable alternative to Parallels or Boot Camp for using Silverlight-based programs in the Chrome browser and/or on a Mac. By contrast, Parallels costs ~$60-80, depending on the version selected.)

We encourage all users to investigate the use of one or another solution for accessing Silverlight-based programs using a Mac and/or browsers like Chrome, then select the most appropriate one(s) based on their individual needs, preferences, and technology setup.
