FIT TIP: A simple way to remember the direction changes: the hip swings will happen with the same foot to the side and stepping forward. After the double step over to the hip pop, go back to that same foot for the hip swings on that side. You can further break it down by reducing your playback speed in your video settings. Just remember, getting it “right” isn’t what is important. We want to see YOUR real groove!
