Mosu is the restaurant of Chef Sungjae Ahn, who also serves as a judge on Culinary Class Wars. It is the only Michelin 3-star restaurant in Korea.
The restaurant’s Michelin 3-star rating has been maintained under the condition of reopening in 2024. Anticipation is growing as the restaurant is set to reopen this winter.
Chef Ahn, a Korean owner-chef, showcases a unique menu developed through his experiences in various countries. He simply puts what he believes to be the most delicious dishes on the plate. In the video, you can explore his signature dishes, like the abalone taco and noodles.
