Описание: FAQ on how i got my platinum/white blonde hair from black!. oh i forgot to say. if your hair is really light, dont use a toner cause it will turn your hair purple/blue. try to spread out the bleaches otherwise your get chemical burns on your sclap!! sorry if i kinda repeated myself. but you get the idea. hope this helped.
