Описание: Heavy exercises are usually done by people who hit the gym regularly or who do the body building. So what happens exactly is sometimes we take some supplements which trigger the hormones. Testosterone hormone is increased and this is found to cause the thinning of the hair. So this does bot cause direct loss of hair per se but it causes thinning of the hair. So the existing hair becomes thin and the volume of the hair is lost and the scalp becomes gradually visible which is called as baldness. So in some cases it can cause, not in all the cases. So you should not fear about exercises but you should balance or if you feel that there is some kind of baldness or thinning, then consult your dermatologist.
