400 gms nethili
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder + as needed to rinse
1 and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
3 tablespoon rice flour
1 and 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
salt to taste
water as needed
