In this silent vlog, I head to a flea market in Vallila to look for fabrics and a bit of inspiration for a new sewing project. I don’t end up buying anything, but I find so many beautiful little details that spark ideas.
Back at home, I begin sewing a dress using a tutorial by Mai Ardour. It’s been years since I last touched a sewing machine, so I was both excited and slightly nervous to start. I take you along through the small moments — cutting fabric, fixing mistakes, changing threads, and slowly seeing the dress come together.
The day ends with a quiet walk and continues the next morning with more sewing (and a slightly less messy workspace).
