In this video, I attempt to forge 24 railroad spike knives in 12 hours to see if a one-day production run is actually worth it. Railroad spike knives are one of the most debated projects in blacksmithing — some people love them, some people hate them. So I put it to the test: forge, grind, and finish a full batch in a single day.
This isn’t a tutorial. It’s a real-time blacksmithing challenge with real consequences. If I can’t finish them, or if they don’t sell, the entire day was wasted.
