It's hard to admit how much comparing we're constantly doing, especially after we see the transition timelines of other trans people... we become convinced they have access to some short-cut we’re being denied. But envy is not a sign we're awful or fake or pathetic. Let's look compassionately at why we might anxiously compare ourselves to other trans people's transitions. We'll also reflect on how the Buddha's 2nd noble truth could help us regain clarity. Trans day of visibility is for all trans people.
