Trade Receivables are those amount of money, which you will receive against a credit sale. Ideally, any business should not offer more than 90 days credit to any person, but at last it all depends on nature of business and type of product. Still, there is a pre-decided credit period, which should not be compromised since it can hamper the functionality of the business.
