🔵Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
moringa leaves as per your need
1/3 or 1/4 cup coconut (grated )
1/2 red onions
2 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
Eggs - 2 ( omit this if you want a vegan moringa recipe )

This video shows a simple easy moringa leaves recipe which also works out as vegan recipe if you omit the eggs. Now to make this for yourself as moringa leaves for weight loss then you can make it with ghee or clarified butter. Its a meal on its own. Here we have used 11/2 tbsp of coconut oil and added some mustard. Once it sputters… then we add the moringa leaves.. Give it a quick stir.. Couple of minutes… then we close it and cook until the leaves have softened/dried out.. You should not see any water after we lift the lid.. .. this is where you can stop the recipe if you want it to be a vegan moringa leaves recipe. But today we are adding couple of eggs to get the kids to eat the moringa leaves. Bit of oil to cook teh eggs. You can directly add the eggs and scramble it off.. I am sure tjis will work wven with shredded tofu because eggs and tofu almost have teh smae texture. Remember to cook off the eggs depending on your kikesness. Adding eggs or other protein can bulk up this moringa leaves recipe which on its own will be enough for 1 person’s meal.
