It's annoying to find lichen, moss, algae and mold growing on your deck or deck furniture, your roof, or other areas of your house. It looks bad and it can cause significant damage. Stopping the growth and removing the stuff can seem like a lot of work, but after experimenting with two products containing the same active ingredient (Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride) I've found that it doesn't have to be difficult.
